Often, when we articulate the experience of a journey, we deaden it by putting words and labels to it. With artistic practice in our medium of choice, we can nurture images, insights, and teachings as living things. To honor what we have received by integrating it into our waking, material world experience. To let it move through us as wisdom, in service to our own well being, and all those we come into contact with. Example Mediums include: Charcoal, paint, collage, clay, fibers, fabrics, weaving, photography, film, spoken word and recorded audio cut to vinyl, poetry, eco art (earth, stone, sand, leaves, seeds, twigs)

I am an artist, therapist, and coach in Topanga Canyon, CA, and hold a Master’s Degree in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. After a series of transformative experiences around the Western United States, South America, and Asia, my path as a helper became clear and unavoidable: to help others the same way others have helped (and continue to help) me. To be of service as an embodied synthesis and singular expression of my personal history—as a storyteller, visual and experiential artist, and friend. I am grateful for the opportunity to offer my help to you. I believe we are on a precipice—one that can inform a sense of fear and collapse, or one of becoming and opportunity. I am particularly interested in connecting with others who are open to working in playful, imaginative ways to answer the important questions about themselves and their place in the collective project we find ourselves in.
