My name is Nerrissa Hsu, Faithkeeper, Master Integrated Breakthrough Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. This chapter of my life began when I visited the Rhythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica circa 2017. Where I sat in ceremony with plant medicine for the first time and a whole new world was revealed to me. My life was not only transformed that week, but my spiritual gifts came through powerfully. I was reborn, inspired to continue to heal myself in order to become a better Mother for my infant son, I began to passionately study several holistic disciplines including breathwork, energy healing, sound healing, hypnotherapy, time-line therapy and NLP to fully integrate my journey. I experienced multiple miracles during that week including the release of life-threatening generational patterns of drug & alcohol addiction, abuse and years of self-destructive behaviors that had all but burned my life to the ground. Through this healing journey I have stepped into powerful self-leadership and have discovered purpose in serving others on this path of remembrance and self-mastery. It’s allowed me to become a more present, loving and conscious Mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend and human being. I decided to follow the call to guide others on this path to not only fully integrate their experience through breathwork and other modalities, but to support their commitment to completing the other 50% of the work. Once you step out of ceremony and back into your life, the second half of the ceremony begins. It’s this critical step that people who fall back into their old ways take for granted.
